Welcome to Mardiagroshoppe , By registering as a seller and using our platform, you agree to comply with these Sellers Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Seller Eligibility

To register as a seller on Mardiagroshoppe :

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your products and business operations.

2. Seller Responsibilities

a. Product Listings

• Ensure all product listings are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Provide clear descriptions, prices, and images for your products.
• Do not list prohibited, illegal, or restricted items.

b. Order Fulfillment

• Process and ship orders promptly within the specified timeline.
• Notify buyers of any delays or issues.
• Ensure products are properly packaged and meet quality standards.

c. Customer Support

• Respond to buyer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Resolve disputes in good faith.

d. Compliance

• Abide by all applicable laws, including consumer protection, intellectual property, and tax regulations.

3. Fees and Payments

• Sellers may be subject to listing fees, transaction fees, or commissions as outlined in our fee schedule.
• Payments will be disbursed to sellers after deducting applicable fees.
• Sellers are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

4. Prohibited Activities

Sellers are prohibited from:

• Listing counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items.
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
• Circumventing platform fees or policies.
• Using buyer information for purposes outside of fulfilling orders.

5. Intellectual Property

Sellers warrant that they own or have the necessary rights to sell listed products and that product listings do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. Mardiagroshoppe reserves the right to remove listings that violate intellectual property laws.

6. Platform Rules

• Mardiagroshoppe reserves the right to review and approve all seller registrations.
• We may suspend or terminate a seller’s account for violations of these Terms or other platform policies.
• Sellers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mardiagroshoppe is not liable for:

• Losses or damages resulting from seller’s use of the platform.
• Issues arising between buyers and sellers, including disputes or non-delivery of items.

8. Termination

• Sellers may terminate their account by providing written notice to Mardiagroshoppe.
• Mardiagroshoppe  may terminate or suspend a seller’s account for violations of these Terms or other policies.
• Upon termination, sellers remain responsible for outstanding obligations, including fees or unresolved disputes.

9. Modifications to Terms

Mardiagroshoppe reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Sellers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
