- The return request is made within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., fresh produce, seeds, or food products).

- Sale or clearance items, unless faulty.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order details, receipt, and a description or photo of the issue.
- Once approved, ship the item to our return address at: BBShoppe, Ibu Pejabat MARDI Persiaran MARDI-UPM 43400 Serdang, Selangor. Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed in the following circumstances:
- The item is deemed defective or incorrect upon inspection.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Non-refundable conditions:
- Items not meeting the return criteria.
- Returns made without prior approval.

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If you prefer an exchange, notify us during the return process. Replacements will be sent once the original product is received and inspected.
